Online Excercise Classes: Strength Training and Yoga

Due to Covid-19 restrictions Aker Care exercise classes with physical attendance are mostly cancelled for the time being. Aker Care therefore offers two online training classes that you are welcome to join. The instructions are in Norwegian, but the exercises should be easy to follow regardless of language.

Strength training:

  • When: Tuesdays at 15.30 -16.00 – start January 26
  • Where: Vimeo
  • Strength training suitable for everyone
  • Exercise variations (easier and harder)
  • You sign up for a series of 4 weeks. Invitations will be sent every week, you can accept or decline as you see fit

Yoga:

  • When: Wednesdays at 15.30-16.00 – start January 27
  • Where: Vimeo
  • What: Relaxation, strength, balance and coordination
  • Suitable for everyone, including beginners
  • You sign up for a series of 4 weeks. Invitations will be sent every week, you can accept or decline as you see fit
