Workday stretching – a healthy break in your day

The goal is to increase the blood circulation, prevent muscle tension and discomfort especially in the back, shoulders and neck and contribute to improved well-being in the workplace.

  • Where: Teams – join from the workplace or the home office
  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • Three alternative sessions each week
  • You sign up for a series that runs weekly until December. Invitation will be distributed every week, you can accept or decline as you see fit.
  • No need for gym wear or any equipment
  • Sign up: go to booking/groupactivities
  • Simple stretching and strength exercises for the whole body, with focus on the back, shoulders and neck.
  • The instructions are in Norwegian, but the exercises are easy to follow for everyone regardless of language
