This Spring’s Online Exercise Classes from Aker Care

Aker Care continue to offer several online exercise classes that we hope you will join. Start-up is week 15

  • Online Strength Training: Tuesdays from 15:30 to 16:00. If you were registered for this class in the first quarter, the registration will automatically be continued.
  • Online Yoga: Wednesdays from 15:30 to 16:00. If you were registered for this class in the first quarter, the registration will automatically be continued
  • Workday Stretching: A healthy 15 minutes break in your day. Three alternatives; Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Note: new registration for everyone.

All classes/sessions take place on Teams or Vimeo and are free of charge for all employees.
