Online workday exercise – fall 2023

Join us for an active break during the workday! The sessions contains exercises for the whole body, with main focus on shoulder, back and neck. The aim is to prevent muscle and skeletal problems and increased well-being.

  • Where: Teams – join from the workplace or the home office
  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • When:  Fridays at 12:15
  • No need for gym wear or any equipment
  • The instructions are in Norwegian, but the exercises are easy to follow for everyone regardless of language
