Ergonomics in the home office – recap from health@home

Working from home can be challenging with regards to ergonomics. During Aker Care’s health@home campaign (Day 1 to 5), we presented 5 short and effective exercises to prevent muscle- and skeletal problems that might occur when working from home. To make it more accessible we have listed the links to all the videos below. Each video lasts between 1 and 2 minutes. Take a short break to prevent neck, shoulders and back issues. The vocal instructions are in Norwegian, but the exercises are easy to follow:
