Take the stairs today – and every day!
Campaign period: October 24 to November 18.
Purpose: Improve your fitness and health by taking the stairs instead of the lift. Instead of taking the elevator, we challenge you to take the stairs. We often overlook this easy way to incorporate physical activity into our lives. Participating in the “Take the Stairs” campaign is a fun and easy way to invest in and promote your own health
