Many Aker Care exercise classes are starting up again

All exercise classes will be held outdoors,  we start with Fornebu, Sandsli, Jåttåvågen and Trondheim. To see the classes available at your location and to sign-up go to booking.

Important messages in connection with the Covid-19 outbreak:

• You must sign up to the class in advance, go to booking.
• You need to be healthy and without symptoms of illness
• Hand hygiene: wash your hands right before and after the training
• Social distancing: we will organize the training in accordance with the regulations for social distancing
